The last day my iOS is unable to sync up and won’t allow me to connect. Is there an update going on?
Hello! I’m sorry for the trouble. We’re not aware of any outage with the Omni Sync Server, but we do know that some customers in Europe might be affected by an ISP issue: some Internet traffic from specific ISPs isn’t making it to our servers in Seattle. Do you happen to be syncing from Europe? If so, you might contact your ISP and request that they check connections to sync.omnigroup.com.
If this doesn’t apply to you, please shoot our support team an email and they’ll be happy to dig into it further! We’ll do everything we can to get you up and syncing again.
