Set up "Do" Perspective

I am trying to set up my Do perspective and having issues. I cannot figure how to add "Status: Due Soon. See screenshot .

My goal is to add this Do perspective - see other screenshot

This is subtle, but in the first screenshot it says “Finish editing this rule to add another.” To finish editing, tap the close symbol (arrows pointing at each other) on the top-right edge of the rule. You’ll then have the option to continue adding new rules.
