I’ve read many posts about sharing projects/tasks and understand that OmniFocus is intended for solo use. I prefer organizing tasks in OmniFocus vs. the company software (Podio), which is there to organize every department together in a mostly read-only setting.
The software team can share a link to a Jira task/story in the relevant Podio item, making it easy to communicate how their projects are progressing—is there a way to share an OmniFocus project, such as a read-only link?
The existing share options I have seen just show a static list (if you can call it that), and therefore will not communicate my progress. I’m not confident using Zapier will actually save me time in the long run compared to the time it will take to make it all work and keep it working as I inevitably iterate on my flow.
