Omnifocus shortcuts are breaking/ Interfering with all of my other shortcuts on iPad OS. The sound you hear is me pushing the only button available on the UI. They’ve been doing this for weeks.

I am seeing the same issue. I have two shortcuts that interface with Omnifocus on iOS. One causes no issues at all but the other, which copies and populates a template project causes the same problem that you have highlighted in your video.
I can’t get to the bottom of what is causing this so I am interested in what anyone else can figure out.
