I have noticed a change in the sidebar scroll bar. If I am just scrolling up or down using the mouse pad, the bar is narrow and I can still get to the layer lock on the far right side. However, if the mouse gets over the scrollbar, it almost doubles in thickness and I cannot use the layer lock until the scrollbar goes away.
Has anyone else seen this?
