If I go into edit mode in OO iPad, I can select rows and copy them. How do I then paste them into the same document elsewhere?
I might have lots of rows which repeat in sets and I might make children elements once and then attach them to subsequent parents or make a parent with two children and then repeat that down the page.
I seem to be missing some simple aspect of the way of working with the app, can you help me please?
Tap and hold on the row you’d like to paste them underneath. The edit menu will appear, containing a Paste option:

Oh thanks! I knew it had to be something simple but it’s not in the manual (that I could find). Thanks again that is great.
Using keyboard shortcuts? Select a whole row (Command+Return) and then paste a list as separate outline elements (Command+V)
