I had posted about problems syncing with WebDav, but I solved it in the meanwhile. It turned out to have nothing to do with the Omnifocus app, but with a firmware update on my server.
The error I got in OF (“No root transactions found…”) was a bit confusing to me, I rather had it said something like “Cannot connect to server”.
All is working nicely again now :)
