Sorting by date

Is there a way to have tasks sort by date and time in a perspective? Seems like it only does by date and ignores time.

Looking to create a view that shows all the tasks I have planned for today, but I want to give them a rough priority order by adjusting the planned times.

Tested it with a flexible custom perspective with planned date as well as defer date successfully using the TestDrive version on iPadOS. Could you share your perspective?
