Speeding up animations

Are there any settings that can speed up the GUI animations in OmniOutliner 5? In OSX, there are often preferences that can be adjusted using defaults command (in a terminal shell), but I’m having trouble figuring out which properties would apply to OmniOutliner’s GUI behavior.

I would like to speed up the following:

  • Side-panel animations
  • List folding/unfolding

If anyone has found the right settings to use, would you share them, please?

God, please, yes. I wish the UI was as snappy as MindNode’s.

It’s been 3 years since I asked this question. Has there been any change since then? Are there any settings to control the speed of the animations?
