Many individual actions started appearing as action groups in OF on Mac. I did not create these groups or change the action to an action group. There are no actions under them. The same actions do not appear as action groups in OF on iPhone or iPad. I cannot ungroup such an action. I cannot add new actions to a project with such an action group without it also starting as an action group. I don’t know when this behavior started, but I just noticed it this morning while doing my daily review.

This problem went away with the latest update. I do not see the action group icon (gray triangle on left edge of action) anymore unless is really is a group I created. Thanks!
