I’ve been traveling more lately and I’ve noticed a problem in my project schedules when I change time zones. All of my projects are set to daily scheduling granularity.
All of my schedules were built in the mountain time zone. When physically travel to the central time zone my MacBook sees this and updates the system time zone setting. When that happens, tasks previously marked as 100% complete show up as " >99%" and light up as past due. The finish date for other tasks shifts from one day to another.
Is there a way I can prevent this from happening? Since I’m using the daily scheduling granulator the actual start and finish times should be irrelevant.
