How to keep everything in sync

I have an increasingly hard time keeping all my instances of OmniFocus in sync. I use it on two computers, a phone and a tablet, which isn’t much in my opinion. But at least once a day I have to go into the settings to check if it is already done syncing because some tasks do not appear or are still visible despite me having completed them earlier. And even if OF claims to have synced, I have to go into the sync history to check whether it actually has synced or just deferred the sync task. My…
