Sync issue since upgrade to 3.9?

Hello,
Syncing doesn’t work for me anymore between my iPhone (OF version 3.8.2, latest one) and MacBook (OF version 3.9). The sync seems to work well, the logs says so on both devices, but the actions don’t get synced (for instance in the inboxes).
I am not 100% sure, but the problem may have appeared when I upgraded the Mac to OF version 3.9.
