As shown, the Type and Status labels are clipped and their icons seem to be misaligned a little upward. Their options (parallel, active) overlap the icons. This screen could definitely use a little more love.
@vaultor Thanks for letting us know about this issue! Could you send our Support team an email so that we can look into this further with you (omnifocus@omnigroup.com)? It would be helpful if you could note what versions of OmniFocus and iOS are currently installed on your device.

This screenshot is from one of the iOS 9 beta releases, which we aren’t yet officially supporting, as noted in our article Omni Apps on OS X El Capitan and iOS 9.
The good news is that we have started working on that support, though we haven’t yet released any updates. If you’re interested in helping to test the next version, and aren’t already part of our TestFlight pool, please sign up at Omni Test Signups.
