The big yellow box that says “Are you reporting a bug or requesting a feature?” is sometimes partly off the top of the screen, depending on where the window was scrolled to when I started writing a post. Since it doesn’t move when the window is scrolled that means the top part, (for me it was the headline & first line of the first paragraph), is not readable.
This is in the latest Safari, on the latest OS X.
