In almost all of my projects, the Gantt chart is missing months in its header row. See April, May in the export below:
Usually this is just annoying. But one of my funders has started getting particular about this, and it takes me a long time to manually edit the exported PDF. The only related discussion is someone saying that they hope to have a fix for this “soon” (in 2016).
Hi Greg, the best option would be to contact the Support team (“Contact Omni” in the Help menu), ideally attaching a document which demonstrates the problem. (The app will ask if it can attach an anonymized version of the frontmost document.) That will make sure the issue gets tracked and gets to the right people. (The forums are more intended for interaction between people who use the software, as opposed to contacting Omni.)
I’m not on the support team but I was able to see that in the past we did have an issue related to the headers not showing up in exports. We thought we had fixed it, so assuming that you’re using a recent release of OmniPlan (the current is 4.9), it sounds like either we missed something or the issue has come back for some reason.
