Contexts can’t have an assigned due date, but projects can. I see that your tasks in the screenshot above are all in the “Miscellanous” project - does that project have a due date set?

Keep in mind that any tasks not explicitly assigned to a project will instead get assigned to the Miscellaneous project, and so inherit its settings.

Yes! That’s what it was - my misc context had that due date.

Thank you VERY much for picking up on that, Omnifocus has gone down to 5 overdue tasks instead of 72. Made my day, ScottyJ.
