"There was a problem with the App"

I installed OmniFocus onto a new Apple Watch (OS6). Anytime I try using Siri such as “Remind me to order book using OmniFocus” I get back “There was a problem with the App”

Any ideas?

I’m having the same issue on the same firmware, Apple Watch 5. Although it says there was a problem, it still adds the task anyways. Regardless, it’s pretty annoying.

By the way the OmniFocus complication seems to have disappeared.

Sounds like the Watch app needs some love.
