It has occurred to me that it might be useful if Notes in OmniFocus could appear in three, rather than two, stages. At present, a note may be marked or not-marked. In my use of OmniFocus, I have notes that I just want to have, in case I should ever care to use them. Next, I should like a category of notes that are just about to be carried out, - not today, but a few days hence. This category I miss. Lastly, of course, we have the present marked note, indicating that it should be dealt with pretty soon, possibly today.
Does this make sense?
