Time-interdependent tasks

Hello,
I am looking for a solution to the following challenge:
I would like to create a list of food supplements for my grandmother with a reminder function. These individual tasks are time-dependent. A sequential project would be ideal. However, task #2 (take vitamin C) should not be executable immediately after task #1 (take vitamin D) has been completed, but rather after a few hours or even days. The intervals between the individual tasks are the decisive criterion. I can create the list once in OF, but if I move task 1, task 2 etc. will not move at the same intervals. Ideally, a project planning tool would allow for predecessors and time intervals (task #2 = completion of task #1 + 6 hours). If task #1 is moved by 5 days, all subsequent tasks are also moved by 5 days. This way you can play around with templates and customize them to your needs. However, in project management software such as OmniPlaner, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc., I can only define days (not hours) and time periods, not individual tasks with specific times.
Does anyone have any ideas about whether this can be implemented well in OmniFocus or a tip for a tool that can do this?
Thank you very much for your help!

OmniPlan does have support for scheduling down to the minute (by going to the Timeline inspector and changing “Daily Scheduling” to “Exact Scheduling”), so it would be possible to use it to define and help you plan this sort of specialized timeline. But OmniPlan is not designed to be a personal task management app that would prompt you to keep that schedule, so even though it’s possible to define that timeline I wouldn’t really recommend it for reminding you to keep it.

I don’t have any specific suggestions, unfortunately, but my advice would be to look for an app that specializes in medication reminders.
