I’m using macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on a Mac Pro (Late 2013).
In my Applications folder there are two OmniPresence apps. One is named “OmniPresence.app”, the other “OmniPresence 1.6.app”. They both have the same dates for Created and Modified: Thursday 26 July 2018 at 03:20. They both say Version: 1.6. They are both the exact same size.
The “OmniPresence 1.6.app” was last opened yesterday, the other one, “OmniPresence.app” was last opened today.
@EllenH I’m not sure why this might have happened, but you should be able to delete one of the app copies! As they are the same version of the application, I’d make sure neither is running, then move the one named “OmniPresence 1.6.app” to your Mac’s trash before relaunching OmniPresence.
I deleted a copy and there hasn’t been any problem since. I don’t know how the two of them got there, but I think at some point I might have deleted a duplicate without first being sure it wasn’t running. Thanks.
