Hello, I made these things on a project:
Create project, make it parallel, fill the tasks, complete the tasks.
Then I entered the values to make it daily recurring, and converted to single actions type.
Now it’s vanished. I cannot find it anywhere: completed, backups, text search. Nothing. Like it never existed.
Anyone experienced something similar?
No, I have not had that happen to me.
What version of OF and MacOS are you using?
OmniFocus 3.4.6 on Mac Os 10.13.6

OmniFocus 3.8 requires macOS 10.14 or later. When using macOS 10.13, the latest supported version is OmniFocus 3.4.6.

Maybe you deleted it accidentially? That can happen very very fast. Sadly Omnigroup did not integrate a Trash-Bin for deleted events or a confirmation dialogue before deleting a task or a project. Hope more people can write to the support and ask for this critical adjustment in Omnifocus.
If you haven’t already, you can choose File > Show Backups in Finder and open up a backup of your OmniFocus database.
