Vertical to horizontal alignment

Is there a way to quickly and easily take a group of objects that are aligned vertically and switch them to be horizontally aligned while converting vertical spacing to horizontal spacing? For example, I have three objects aligned vertically, and the first two and second two are connected by an arrow that is connected to the objects’ north/south magnets (think of a flow chart where the flow is going from top to bottom). I want to select the objects and “flip” them to a horizontal alignment (so that the flow now flows to the left or right instead of down). The shapes need to have the same spacing, and the arrows would need to be connected to east/west magnets instead of the north/south magnets. Is there any way to easily and quickly do this?
