Hi there, just purchased Omnigraffle 6 after a long time away. I used to be able to import VSS stencils from Visio Cafe etc. They now no longer seem to be supported, am I missing something? If I can’t use these stencils, Omnigraffle’s essentially useless to me, is there a route to getting a refund for software purchased through the Mac App Store?

Hmm, I have OmniGraffle 6 Pro and just tested this. A VSS created in 1998 imported right in without failure. I just right clicked the file and selected “open with” and selected “omnigraffle”.
