Watch stuck out of sync with phone. How to re-sync?

My watch appears to be showing me the state of play with Omnifocus from a few days ago. My phone is up to date. (Indeed I do most of my Omnifocus work on the phone, but some on iPad and some on Mac.)

How can I force the watch to catch up, or re-sync?
