What's the roadmap for widgets, bec. right now they are lame!

I’ve been away from OF for most of 2024 so I might be missing something, but it seems that OF4 widgets (iOS) have no interactivity and are not very configurable. I thought by OF 4.3 they would be fully fledged. Compared to Reminders widgets… I’m scratching my head!

Also surprised to not find much in this forum on OF4 widgets, so I must be missing something.

“No interactivity”

Not sure what widget you’re referring to, but the Perspective Items widget is customizable (long press, ‘Edit “OmniFocus”’):

  • Perspective
  • Font Size
  • Lines Per Item
  • Hide Quick Entry

And the widget itself lets you both check off tasks and tap Quick Entry to go directly to that screen.
