I spend half of my time working on individual tasks. But sometimes I just need to focus on a Big Rock project and make significant progress to complete it. Thatās why I use my Big Rock perspective.

I do t like having many active Big Rock projects in various stages of incompletion. Iād like to focus and complete a Big Rock before tackling the next thing. Too many plates spinning in the air. I need to take as many Big Rocks down when I can.
