You can create a bulleted list inside the note section!

I just found out that if I press ⌥ + tab while in the note section it creates a bulleted list that behaves nicely. Meaning that when you press ↵ it creates a bullet on the next line and when you press tab it indents it with the bullet

The only problem I have found is that if you finish editing and then go back into it it stops working. To get it to work again you have to pres ⌥+Tab again

Cool! Tried it in stickies.app and it works there too. So it seems to be from macOS.
