I 100% made this file in omnigraffle I’m using the newest version but it just tells me I cannot open why???
It is a bug. From the app, use the Help menu, Contact Omni (it obtains the required info from your release). Attach the file, and identify the version that you used to create it…
I took a look at the file you uploaded here, and it has been packed into a .tar file. If you add “.tar” to the end of the filename (“pdalgpic4.graffle.tar”) then double-click it in Finder, Finder will unpack it. The result is a file called “dropbox_download.graffle”. If you double-click on that, it will open fine in OmniGraffle. (Well, it opens fine in OmniGraffle 7 for me, anyway. There’s not much to it, so hopefully it’s what you expect.)
The original document is organized as a folder. (This is one of a few formats that OmniGraffle supports.) Perhaps you used some utility for transferring the file and it tarred it up because transferring a folder isn’t always easy?
