There is no ‘One size fits all’ here. Your approach is sound and similar to how I group stuff but you will have to experiment to get what works for you. Areas of Focus - inside/out - clients/roles

I’m having trouble with my folder outline and i’d like to hear your thoughts. This may seem esoteric but bear with me. If you have many roles at work, or many clients (i.e. lawyers), then maybe you’ve thought about this. I work in labour relations. Hints for Switching from Things to OmniFocus?

I am fed up with Things due to their lack of security with Things Sync. I used Things as a simple To Do list manager. I want to switch to OmniFocus, but the complexity is daunting, and I am not sure how to map my simple system into OmniFocus. Focus (Things): Today: Tasks I need to get done today.
