Ordering in perspective for repeated actions doesn't make sense - any solution?

Hello,

​I’m using perspectives with a flexible order and initial order by “Defer date”.

This means that every time a new action falls into the rules of the perspective, it appears at the bottom of the list BUT this doesn’t work for repeating actions!

After a repeating action was moved up in a perspective and then completed, the new copy of the repeated action is added in the same location instead of the bottom as every other new action. This does not make sense to me - because the repeating feature creates a new action and therefor should be added at the bottom. This is especially weird when the perspective is only of Available actions, the repeated action will “suddenly pop up” in the list when it’s defer day come, instead of showing up in the bottom like every other new action that falls into the perspective rules.

Any workarounds? Do you think the OF team can fix this?

I tap Command-K to invoke the Clean Up menu item. It will sort everything. In the iPhone or iPad, swipe down from the top of the screen will also do the same thing.

But you can send an email to the Omni Support Hunans to suggest a feature request for their consideration.

Thanks for the suggestion. Though Clean Up doesn’t fix the ordering issue but just cleans up actions that shouldn’t apear in the perspective: The problem I’m facing is the the new copy of the repeated action is inserted straight to the same location of the old copy.

By the way this is even more annoying when I think of it… because when I duplicate an item in a perpective it IS added to the bottom - which actually doesn’t really makes sense for an item that I manually duplicate.
